SHIPPING

When will my order be shipped?

Please allow 2-5 work days (Saturday, Sunday and holidays not included) to handle your order. I ship once a week, if not communicated differently on social media or here on the website (holidays, illness etc.) A confirmation e-mail with the tracking link will be send on the same day, so make sure to check your inbox/ spam folder.

Costs:

  • Austria: 5,5€

  • Germany: 11€

  • EU: 15,5

  • Non EU (Europe): 19€

  • International: 27€

  • Australia & NZ: 30€

The courier for all services at the moment is the Austrian national post office, means it will be handed over to your national post office once arrived in your country. All packages will be sent out tracked and insured! If you have any questions regarding the shipping service then please send an email or reach out via Instagram DM!

Katharina Vintage is not responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs.

Katharina Vintage uses the national post service for most international orders, and each country's customs duties, taxes, tariffs, etc may vary. As stated. The customer is responsible for any additional charges for customs fees.

Please make sure to add the correct address to your order including full name, street house number + important additional information. Katharina Vintage is not responsible for lost packages because of wrong information given.

Please keep in mind that Katharina Vintage is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of preloved / vintage, some items may contain minor flaws and show signs of wear, please embrace little flaws and their unique story! Any major and viisible flaws will be highlighted in the online description. Please ensure you read the description before committing to your purchase and I am always able to provide further measurements and photos if requested.

Katharina Vintage offers refunds at full price.

RETURN PROCESS:

Please reach out via email first and then send the package tracked and insured back within 14 days after receiving.

Please be aware that I can’t except any returns later than that!

You are responsible for covering any return shipping costs and ensuring it gets back safely. Once I have received the item, it will be checked and you’ll be refunded the original amount paid minus the initial shipping costs.

INTERNATIONAL/ NON EU RETURNS

Please ensure you clearly label all returns as RETURN GOODS to avoid any customs / duty. As a small business I’m unable to absorb these costs and if you fail to label returns correctly you will be liable for any associated duty / customs charges.

HOW TO MEASURE YOURSELF

Bust measurement: Measure your bust by placing the tape measure 7-8cm below your armpit on one side, guiding it around your back, and ending back where you started.

Make sure you measure over the furthest point of your chest.

Waist measurement: Find the halfway point between your belly button and the bottom of your ribs. Circle a tape measure all the way around this part of your torso to get your waistline measurement. 

Hip measurement (high): Your high hip is where your hip bone begins. Measure the top of your hips by placing the tape measure approximately 7-8cm below your belly button and circling around. Your high hip is where your hip bone begins.

Hip measurement (low): Your lower hip is where your hip bone ends. Measure the lower part of your hips by placing the tape measure approximately where the zipper of the pants would end (about 7-8cm below your high hip) and circling around.
